- Free cancellation until 15 days prior to the arrival date
- Cancellation received from 14 days onward, prior to arrival date, will be equivalent to the full length of stay

In case a travel ban is in place due to Pandemic related travel restrictions, reschedule the booking is possible within the next 12 months from the original booking date. Confirmation is subject to availability. The voucher is refundable after the expiring date if it has not been used.
